Your feet are the most hardworking part of your body. They
carry you around the whole day. And what treatment are they
meted out? They remain uncared for; away from the sight in
unhealthy socks and uncomfortable shoes. They need your
attention too. Lavish some love and care on them, the nature’s
way. You can always buy plenty of foot care products off the
shelves. They may be full off natural ingredients but can no
where close to foot care remedies that you can prepare at home,
with stuff right out of your refrigerator.

Your feet may be way away from your head but that does not mean
you don’t have to think about them. If you ignore them, sooner
or later they will make their presence felt in a way you will
not be happy about. The minimum that you can do is washing them
with soap every night and better still if you can soak them in
warm water for about 10 minutes before hitting the bed.

Cracked or calloused feet are the most common feet problems.
These are caused by very dry feet. Try this simple remedy every
night before you go to bed. Add two cupfuls of whole milk to 7
cupfuls of water. Heat it as hot as you can bear. Pour it into a
bucket and soak your feet. After 10 minutes rinse off with
normal water. Remove the calluses and dead skin form your feet
with the help of a foot file or pumice stone. Don’t over scrub,
as hard scrubbing can cause bleeding.

You can make a good foot scrub at home to give your feet a
treat. Mix half a cup sugar with 2tbsp of lotion. Apply this on
your feet and rub it in well. The sugar is a great exfoliant and
your feet will love the treat. Rinse with warm water.

Your feet get really dry as they don’t have oil producing
glands. It makes sense to use a heavy moisturizer for the feet.
If you want really soft and tender feet try this simple and
effective remedy. Rub in plenty of olive oil into your parched
feet. Especially areas like the heels. Wear plastic wraps on
your feet and put on socks. Leave them on for about an hour.
Remove the plastic wraps and don the socks as you retire for
bed. The plastic traps the body heat and forces the oil to work
as a deep conditioner.

How about a natural foot-spray? Take a spray bottle and pour in
14 cups of vodka, © cup baking soda and © tsp of tea tree and
peppermint essential oils. Shake the bottle well and spray a
fine mist on to your feet. Your feet will love this refreshing
spray.

Your feet are a hard working lot and need plenty of care and
love. A few simple foot care remedies will go a long way if used
regularly. They will keep your feet so beautiful, tender and
soft that you will be tempted to show them off at the slightest
opportunity.

Do You Have Yellow Teeth Learn Why By Steven A Johnson

Want Whiter teeth? Some things that make them yellow may
surprise you. Now-a-days, seems like everyone wants whiter
teeth. Many of us obsess of the color of our teeth. After a
while, our teeth our no longer sparkling white, they get the
ugly yellowish tint that drives people nuts.

Our teeth are made up of four different tissues. The visible
white covering that protects the tooth from wear and tear of
chewing food is the strong, hard enamel. If the enamel is
extremely well mineralized it will appear lighter or whiter in
color. What supports our enamel is called dentin. That’s the
hard yellow material that carries the nerves in our teeth, and
often the enamel is translucent, taking most of its yellow color
from the dentin underneath. In the center of our tooth is the
pulp. The pulp contains of nerves, blood and lymph vessels. This
part is where the tooth receives nourishment and transmits
signals to the brain. Last but not least, cementum is what
covers the root of the tooth, it attaches the teeth to the bones
in our jaw, which blood vessels and nerves enter the tooth to
become part of the pulp.

While many individuals have very light or whiter shades in
their teeth, others have a naturally occurring yellowish tint.
The main reason why teeth turn that ugly yellowish color is that
when people eat, drink, smoke, or consume alcohol, a layer of
film develops over our tooth. Even if you are brushing on a
regular day basis, some of the film is still left. Using
whitening toothpaste and regular visits to the dentist will help
get rid more of the film. On the other hand, some film still
remains and eats away at the enamel. The enamel is what makes
our teeth white so when the enamel thins, the yellowish material
which is dentin starts to show through. This is what gives us
the yellow color. As we age our teeth also start to darken we
gradually have more affects of discoloration.

If younger kids have some issues with yellow color on the
teeth, it’s more likely from staining, not from long-term
thinning of there enamel. Staining can happen on the inside or
outside of the tooth. Medications taken as a baby is likely what
caused the inside staining while the tooth is developing. The
outside staining is caused by a number of things, certain types
of foods, drinking a lot of coffee, red wine, and smoking all
cause outside staining. Tea, pop and berries hold chromogenic
agents which also stain your teeth. Some types of medication
taken as an adult can cause staining also. A common drug called
minocycline it’s used to treat facial skin conditions, extensive
use of fluoride these can cause chalky white spots on your
tooth.

Theirs most of us that don’t realize there are a number of
things we can do to prevent our teeth from turning the yellow
color. On top of ways to prevent it, there are also ways to
bring back that beautiful sparkling white smile that everyone
wants. A teeth whitening system that removes surface stains and
those below the enamel, is trying Advanced Crest White Strips,
it’s formulated with the same enamel-safe whitening ingredient
that dentists use. Use them for 14 days, and get whiter teeth
that actually last!
